We are currently looking for team members to join our Radio Control Team.  Full time, part time and casual positions are available in the Box Hill store.  

Duties will include:
  • Providing sales advice and technical assistance to customers about product purchases and product compatibility 
  • The ability to troubleshoot, repair and coordinate warranty and non-warranty service to customers.
  • Communication with customers, via email, phone and social media
  • A sound knowledge of radio controlled products is essential, with an focus on drones and fixed wing aircraft.
  • Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred by not essential
  • Strong computer and Excel/Outlook/social media skills
  • Being able to work at least one day on a weekend.
