TRF104 chassis: high performance and modularity
- 1/10 scale : Length 325 mm (excluding ailerons), width 169 mm (front axle without wheels), height 46.5 mm (without body supports).
- Increased compatibility with LF1100 6.6V and Li-Po packs , thanks to a new chassis design.
- Laying steering servo , moved approximately 30mm rearward for a lower center of gravity.
Improved front suspension
- Plastic upper triangles and carbon fiber lower triangles (2.5mm) with track width adjustments.
- Adjustable camber angle from +1 to -3 degrees and caster angle at 6, 9 or 12 degrees, to precisely adjust the behavior on the track.
- Wide compatibility with Formula 1 RC wheels (different offsets possible).
Redesigned rear suspension
- Abandonment of the T-bar in favor of ball joints positioned at the front and rear of the engine mount .
- Optimized roll center for precise roll control using roll dampers and friction grease.
- FRP suspension plate and TRF shock absorber managing vehicle pitch.
RC Equipment Layout
- Centralized pack , receiver and servo for better weight distribution, avoiding loss of grip at the rear.
- Square bracket included for mounting Li-Po batteries (open or international regulations).
- Designed for easy access during adjustments and maintenance.
Engine mount and settings
- Engine mount allowing ground clearance to be adjusted to 5 positions (0.8 mm steps).
- Two wheelbase choices with a 2.5mm difference to adapt the chassis to the circuits.
- Aluminum plate provided for mounting a brushless motor or a carbon motor.
Steering and rear differential
- Variable geometry steering system : four types of adjustment possible on the linkage and the Ackerman pad for direct or more flexible steering .
- Rear differential identical to that of the TRF103, with carbon fiber axle combining lightness and robustness, perfectly suited to rubber tires.
Rear wing attachment
- Carbon fiber plate (2 mm) connecting the spoiler to the engine mount for a solid rear suspension with the wing.
- Independent aileron option (with aluminum servo mounts ref. 53596, sold separately) for stable attitude even if the rear suspension moves.
Ball bearings and finishes
- Sealed ball bearings included: 1060 shielded x2, 1050 x4, 1150 x1, 1280 x1.
- Body , spoilers , engine , rims , tires and RC equipment sold separately, giving you free rein to your customization.
