• Window cleaning gondola and rails are included (assembly required)
  
• Rooftop entrance and roof equipment such as air conditioner outdoor unit are included (assembly required)
  
• The included elevator can be installed on the indoor floor
  
• The height can be changed by combining with the intermediate floors of separately sold building products
  
• The 1st floor can be replaced with a separately sold convenience store to create a building with a convenience store on the first floor
