Unimodel 553 1/72 Pz.Kpfw.IV/70 A Sd.Kfz.162/1

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a German WWII anti tank Jagdpanzer IV, mounting a fixed upper structure over a Panzer IV tank chassis.

The IV/70 designation stands for those which mounted the Pak 42 L/70 gun, while the A stands for Alkett manufacturer, which produced this variant from August 1944 to March 1945, with around 280 units built. To simplify production this variant was mounted over a standard Pz.IV chassis without modification, resulting in a taller anti tank (around 40cm) without the distinctive sharp edged nose and silhouette of the original design.

Kit includes PE parts for side skirts.
