German MAN KAT1M1014 8*8 HIGH-Mobility off-road truck with M870A1 semi-trailer

The US Army and Air Force operated the KAT18x8 in the so-called [Category 2 Truck] category under the names M1001, M1002, M1013, and M1014 according to specifications.

Since the M1014 is mainly used for material transportation, it is the only category truck that is not equipped with a crane.

The bM870A1 is a semi-trailer that succeeds the M870 and was used to transport building materials and supplies.

Unlike the M870, it cannot be loaded or unloaded from the rear, and the tractor is separated and the gooseneck is used as a ramp.
