The Percival Prince is a high-wing twin-engine small transport aircraft developed by the British company Percival after World War II. Developed from the prototype airliner Merganther, the Prince first flew in 1948 and was used as a military aircraft by the Australian, British and Thai forces, as well as by commercial airlines in many countries. In the 1950s, it was developed into the famous Percival Pembroke, with an extended main wing to obtain a larger maximum payload.
